Karen Kelly is a CPA qualified Accountant with a public practice certificate. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Sydney with dual majors in Psychology and English, and she has completed the Graduate Conversion in Accounting from the University of Technology, Sydney. As part of her Bachelor of Arts she received formal training in research and statistics, and her CPA program included MIS training. Private companies she has worked for include Pivot Point Australia Pty Ltd, Ralsport Pty Ltd, Southcorp Ltd, Furama Hotel Central, Boral Ltd, Simsmetal Ltd, Westpac Ltd, and St. Luke’s Hospital Complex. Karen’s public sector experience includes the NSW Parliament and NSW Rail Infrastructure Corporation, and she has served on several task forces in which the ATO has sought advice or comment on proposed changes to regulations or processes.

Akis George Mina is a CPA qualified Accountant with a public practice certificate. He has a Bachelor of Commerce (Merit), first prize Taxation, from the University of New South Wales, and also graduated from their CPA Public Practice program. His career has combined nineteen years of commercial experience (tax, business advice relating to margins and costs, FBT calculations, processes, capital, systems, human resources) in "top 100" public companies (Simsmetal Ltd, Brambles Australia Ltd, CSR) with excellent leadership and people management skills. He also has extensive internal audit experience. A recent typical troubleshooting assignment included re-doing company accounts and reviewing transactions for possible misappropriation of funds by a prior director.
